What's the most important for you to enjoy and keep playing this game? Since, Devs wanted to improve the communication, so let's give them some hint's which things are the most important for us, but please keep it civil so they dont lock this thread.
Anyway they need to focus on fixing bugs and glitches in the stuff that exists before creating more new stuff... (too bad contractual obligations don't care about that).
Yeah, the amount of bugs that have made it through and stay for so long is appalling. In another game I've been playing they're taking time now to polish things up which makes a nice change.
Let me start by saying that I have been playing this game for quite some time. I play one class only and have invested an incredible amount of time and zen into a class that I know every aspect of. That is the GF. After obtaining Elemental Alliance Ward Armor, as well as the best epic gear, artifacts, artifact weapons, legendary companions (with epic lvl 70 gear) and enchants and respecing to a full defense sacrificing all offence to be a "True" tank. I was still two shotted in the tier 2 dungeons. Unless your intention is to dissolve this game and create an open audience for an upcoming game, I hope to see this addressed before other people dissolve their characters as I have. So much time and money has turned me off of mmorpgs for the foreseeable future. No game of this type will survive without Tanks...Good luck OP's.
...instead of "New content" I'd also be content with getting our old Dungeons back - the intention to do that had been expressed upon Mod 6 launch, IIRC. Also, I voted with the crowd for bug fixes - it's a PITA to find out where to spend skill points without harmful effects, stuff doesn't work no matter which skill level,... ...this simply can't go on forever. The game currently is like a 20y old used car...

PVE Difficulty. Given the number of threads about this, I find it interesting that it didn't make the list.
It has to be a bug fix/server latency combination. All the bug fixes in the world don't mean diddly squat if you cant play the game. The lag is unreal. In saying that, no lag will make up for broken mechanics, bugs and glitches. Please fix both asap. (the drake mount from the zen store still freezing, stuck in non existent animation is poor, its been months)

Who came up with this list? It is a bit short on issues. Seems more like pet peeves to me, than a list of issues seen in the forums.
+ bug fixes, start threads in the class forums, collect the bugs, then work out a priority list, and start fixing the bugs, and have at least one bug fix for every class ready for the weekly patch
+ toning down the difficutly in the campaign areas, so that we can go there as fresh level 70, and gear up for dungeons and IWD
I do believe in killing the messenger...
Want to know why?
Because it sends a message!

The interesting thing is this... I voted for the server issues... but I believe they are directly related to the amount of bugs and glitches that they servers are attempting to handle.

Yeah, I hate it when they don't separate PvE from PvE. If they're making balance changes to PvE, there's no reason for it to affect PvE too.
Indeed, and instead of nurfing a class of its powers due to PVP whining complaints, boost the other classes.
I also think the wizardry of these Devs can create a way for lower geared players to attain "Great success" in HE encounters without the absolute damage count. Perhaps it measures the players item level to the amount of damage instead. If that is implemented then there will never be a worth while reason in PVE to ever nurf a class.

In all seriousness though, I did vote for BUG FIXES mainly because there are just way too many bugs resulting in broken mechanics and classes that it really needs to be priority number one. I agree that the game cannot continue on in it's current state much longer, there are just too many things that are broken and it seems the list gets a little longer after every update.
I do have to give CONTENT and FOUNDRY (which really COULD be one and the same if done properly) an honorable mention as well. The lack of content is resulting in bored players who feel there is nothing left that is fun to do. And creating dynamics which require x number of repetitions of the same quest or dungeon is not content.
As far as the Foundry is concerned, I would love to see more of a REASON or PROMOTION of Foundry quests and functionality over additional featured or updates. That's what the Foundry needs, is the ability to offer the majority of players a reason to run Foundry quests, not more and more nerfs to prevent "farming." Heck, farming is a part of the legitimate and official gameplay AND storyline, so if people want to farm in the Foundry, why not?

Fix the bugs first. Until this is addressed everything new they release, every balancing point they address will not be accurate and will be wasted effort until the bugs are fixed.

Given my own choice, it would be to separate PvE and PvE so that adjustments in one do NOT affect the other.
..........then of course player power/feat/ability bug fixes
Cheer to this +1
