There's some powerful buffs destroying balance in pvp. They should be treated as healing in pvp and be under pvp depression.
There's many factors to consider when it comes to pvp as for example buff synergies. We understand that with many different mechanics it is difficult. This solution would make balancing easier without making them useless in pve. After this change tweeking skill damage should be much easier.
I dont what to point finger to other classes so lets start with mine. In to the fray is such a powerfull buff not fit for pvp in current condition. + 30-40% dmg for all team is excesive. When you combine it with wheel right now it becomes deadly (piercing dmg taken before mitigation). Combine it with DC dmg buffs and you got something which should not exist.
We should create a list of buff synergies which are overperforming and should be adressed.

because of the wheel artifact should nerf buff abilities? i have a greater idea remove enchants-artifacts- from pvp.
