No Religon?

Subject: No access to my religion
Steps to reproduce: I never noticed it until lately that I was supposed to have a religion but I didn't have access to it even though I was above the required level & did the Cornering Karzov quest but when I went back to the Enclave I didn't have access to the religion yet, I'm level 51 now & I assume I should have had it long ago, is it just happening to me or does anyone else have this problem?
Bug: I don't have access to the religion that I should have access to

    Are you talking about invoking, or is something missing from your character sheet?

    you just need to go talk to the lady at the top of the stairs in the enclave, you should have done it at about lvl 11 the quest for it will disappear if you outlevel it but you can still talk to her and she will teach you how to invoke.

    Yes I'm talking about invoking , & I went to her when I was at that level but she didn't give the quest so here I am level 55 & wondering what happened
