First of all i would like to say thank you to all who have worked on making neverwinter what it is on the Xbox one. I understand the game has many problems and I appreciate that they have addressed the issues they are aware of and that they're working on them constantly with the frequent updates they make.
The kicking system is obviously something they need to work on. However id rather them focus there attention towards server stability. I think the lag this game has will make a lot of new players leave as it does get very annoying at times and can cause a lot of frustration. However I see the game beyond the lag and I understand that the game is still new and was originally created for pc.
One thing I would like to see on the game is some kind of tutorial to explain a little bit more about the game up to level 60. I found myself very stuck and clueless as to what to do after level 60 and had to ask many many people just to get a small idea of what I needed to do. I'm not sure myself on how to address tips to players but I think it would benefit the game as a whole seeing as players won't get annoyed at not knowing what to do. At the end of the day we need to keep the players interested.. Otherwise we're going to see a decrease in players.
Overall I love this game. Enjoying every minute I play and loving every new achievement I accomplish. The grind is real and the rewards are high! This is what makes me enjoy the game so much. I can't wait to come home from work to play this game and I haven't had a game that has made me feel this way in a while so you guys must be doing something right.
Thanks to a wonderful free game. I have spent a little on this game simply to show my apppreciation for all the work and effort they've all put in and I will most likely spend more seeing as I love to buy new mounts and dyes for my character.
Ps; Hunter Rangers for the win

hickslive001 - Huh? Yes, as the previous poster said your response is indeed unnecessary and aggressive.
I know you are still working out the kinks on lag and issues of getting kicked out to the login screen, but please keep working to improve it.
There should be a glossary of game terms--when a power/feat says "player gets 10% bonus to all Incoming Healing, can you give a definition in a glossary somewhere off the menu so I can see what will fit this definition? Games like Magic the Gathering do this very well so that if you think through the given information you will always have an answer to these types of questions on game mechanics.
All the comments I see on getting kicked scare me--so if I make it to a new level of dungeon and want to accumulate as much gear at that level, I'm going to get kicked for need/greed-ing too much? Or because I didn't make an anointed class or play with at least 2 friends I stand a good chance of getting kicked, possibly after investing 40+ minutes of my time? Speaking of that, I don't even do my daily dungeon (level 56-60 Dread Vault) anymore, because it is broken. Many times I am thrown in at the beginning of the dungeon, and I know by now that I can't join the boss battle once they've tried it once. Or I run the whole dungeon, when I am lucky enough to get in from the beginning when the group starts it, and someone either quits or gets disconnected and can't make it back after we have already failed the boss battle once. It isn't worth it to me, so I'm hoping as I unlock more campaign I will stop getting that as my daily dungeon.
There should be a little more guidance/tutorial explaining things like the campaign, or just the fact that we have slots at the bank (didn't know until after reaching level 60.) I am trying to get a friend into this, and he has played skyrim all the way through, but he finds this game confusing with too many things that are hard to pick up on.
Right on. I agree with how you can compare mtg mechanics and explanations of mechanics with how they should define things in neverwinter.
And yeah it has only become worse with the kicking, they said they'd fix it but not when
