Remember folks, Cryptic will never, ever, ever, ever ask you for your username and password for any reason in any of their communications.
And never, ever, ever enter your login credentials into anything other than the official PWE website and the game.

you are WRONG about this. official response from support has asked me about my password. and after many mails back and forth were i was refusing to give it to them they asked for other more "normal" security questions.

I have no idea who you were talking to but Cryptic and PWE support will not ask you to disclose password information.
You probably should change your password because that was not official support if they asked for access to your account.

if somebody falls for this, he deserves everything he got, and shouldnt have any children just to be safe
though i know of ppl who disclosed work email password when somebody sent an email asking for password to "free some extra space for emails"
