Critical Severity Cap?

Whether I have my Greater Vorpal equipped or not, my Critical Severity shows a value of 90. This leads me to believe that this is the cap. Anyone else been able to go past 90? Thanks.

    I have Perfect Vorpal and it shows 95%, hope the difference in the Greater and Perfect isn't 5%

    Your not understanding this stat. The crit severity stat relates to all your powers and at wills, the crit severity from the vorpal is seperate as it will not add on to the crit rating to the crit severity stat as that would mean all your powers which proc crits would get that rating.

    The vorpal crit severity stat is seperate as that is only affecting your at will power and will add the stat from the crit severity rating to the vorpal crit severity rating

    False.
    There is no cap in critical severity.
    Critical severity given by companions vorpal etc does not show in the character sheet. Its just a visual bug.
    There is and its working but you cant read the real value in the sheet.
    Critical severity given by boons do show in the sheet instead.
    Critical severity affects all you critical hits, at wills encounters procs and dailies.
    Vorpal does work on everything
