Why are still level 64 chars in Tiamat?

Why are there still People in Tiamat who are below Level 70?

    Yep I'm not surprised, I have seen people far below the ilvl requirement join.

    I heard one guy say just a 1-2 days after mod 6 launch "Dailies are impossible to solo now" i said "Dailies are level 70 content" He said "lol it wasen't 2 days ago" i said "Dailies are max level content and we have new max level now"

    Maby some people still don't understand that the zones and stuff have scaled up?'

    Unless i'm wrong aswell.. then that statement.. is stupid of me :D

    The moment you enter a campaign area below level 70, there is a clear warning, that this content is for level 70 players... players just have to read the warning.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

    I somehow ended up with someone with 32K HP in an eLOL queue .. people just don't get it.

    I had all my characters running aorund, doing random things there, prior mod6. Then I got really bored once mod6 released. So they are kind of parked there, till I decide to do anything.

    Remember that time they said they fixed the doors in cn and it turned out that they didn't at all. I think fixing a level and gear score limit is a bit more complex than that.
