Please for the love of all that is holy give us this option. This would actually cut down on a lot of the vote kicking problems as well. Guilds can simply make their own groups, go to the epic dungeon and if someone has to leave, instead of being requeued and kicking people till you can get another guild mate in there, you simply invite them to the group and they can enter into the instance.

Or, you could simply group with them BEFORE you Queue.

As Zephyriah said, simply form a party before you queue and you will be queued with your current group.
You all apparently missed what I said. When someone in that group has to go, you are now gonna be placed into queue for a random and if another guild member wants to go in, you will have to keep kicking people till they are placed in your group. If you make a manual epic dungeon entrance for epics, then you won't have to continually kick people. This will help limit the amount of vote kicking. And it should be really simple to just let us chose to turn the dungeon to epic since there is already a door to go into the dungeon.
Seeing this post made me envision something. You know that place in Protectors enclave near the entrance to the garden we can not access that looks like a broken down summoning circle or mini stone henge? Well i can see a portal being placed there that led to another plane with portals to all the epic dungeons... maybe make it look like the area we first go to to get the artifact coffer? That place was awesome... Anyway that's what i envisioned about your idea of having manual entrances. That way people can simply go to the portal they want and join there guildies if they are in their party already... or perhaps... as the masses have begged for... we could enter them solo and attempt the impossible for major bragging rights... Anyway what do you think?
That location's where you'll find the initial contact in order to enter Sharandar (when they release Fury of the Feywild on XB1), so it's unfortunately already 'taken'. That being said, having a 'staging' area for group dungeons would be a pretty good idea, as it would prevent the 'kicking' issue (which people are reporting as a fault, despite the fact that it's usually guildies vote kicking to get their buddies further up the queue) and also limit the amount of players hanging around dungeon entrances for 15 minutes while the group leader runs around the map endlessly trying to drum up that one last group member.
That would also allow for access to 'epic-only' dungeons by restricting access to the area to level 60-70 (once again, anticipating the Elemental Evil content update) and maybe also allowing for 'epic-only' versions of all skirmishes (outside of CTA), which I'm pretty sure there would also be a demand for.
