Both the 1000 Dragons and Epic Dungeons achievements have shown no progress for me over at least the last week. I've been stuck on 57 Dragons killed, despite killing every dragon once each day, in that time and my Epic Dungeon counter is still showing as 0 completed. I've completed 3 this week, at least.
So, just me? Other people? Acknowledged? Totally ignored? What's the status on it?
I'm not having problems with Dragon's Bane. I see an increase of 1-2 percent every day. You have to kill 1,000 dragons, correct? That's how to get to 100 percent and get the trophy. 1,000/100=10. Move the decimal over two. You need to kill 10 dragons to get it to go up just 1 percent. Are you sure you've killed 10 dragons since you last saw it go up? A good way to double check is this:
Five zones have dragon encounters in them:
Neverdeath
Ebon Downs
Icepire Peak
Rothe Valley
Whispering Caverns
Kill each dragon in each zone once, then repeat until you've killed them all twice. Then check the achievements app.

Another way I've figured out you can track (since the achievements app sucks for achievements like these) is by logging into trueachievements.com, going to the Neverwinter page and then clicking request update and hitting the refresh button. However, unless you pay the monthly fee you can only do this three times per day. This method works just not all the time so give it a few tries/days before giving up.
NOTE: I'm just trying to help.
EDIT: Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? I just saw mine go up 1 percent. So I'm not sure why you're having this issue.
For me, the epic dungeon achievement is broken and hasn't moved in a while. The dragon one is still updating fine though. Went up another % last night, so it's working for me.
My epic dungeon achievement isn't working. The dragon achievement was broken for a while, but it seems to be moving again (it's just a shame that ~300 dragon kills didn't get counted).

I sent a Community Manager a PM about it last week. He couldn't even bother to read it. WTF?!
Just because I'm pissed he never read it does NOT mean it surprises me. >_>
I have problems with "Would you look at it? Just look at it! Discover all Scrying Stones in 14 zones" and "Dragon's Bane Defeat 1000 Dragons"

The game wasn't released on Xbox until the end of March - there WASN'T a known issues log then!
