So as the title says (and they have admitted to the Fey) These are 4 things that need to be fixed ASAP!!!
1) Feytouched bug Seems to be fixed as of 5/28 patch.
AS OF6/1/2015The BELOW ARE STILL NOT FIXED!
NOTE: OTHERS BELOW SEEM TO NOT BE FIXED AS OF 5/28 PATCH!!!! 2) Trans Vorpal - This is BUFFING the person being attacked which ends up causing a DECREASE in damage rather than an INCREASE in damage to that target.
- ALL you need to do is revisit the formula, seems you forgot or added a "-" in there somewhere to cause it to have the OPPOSITE impact than desired.
3) Fire Wheel - from the Wheel of Elements.
- Deals PIERCING damage. This is NOT WAI or shouldnt be. If you crit someone for 100k PRE -DR, Post DR/Tenacity it may only be a 30k Crit but Fire Wheels 30% is off the PRE-DR %. Which is now an ADDITIONAL 30k....
So EITHER it needs to be changed to a NET number (30% of the 30k = 9k) OR it needs to be changed to a NON-piercing damage (30% of 100k = 30k, post DR 30k = 9k). Either way it should NOT be doubling damage.
4) E-LOL set. Players have gone back and forth on balance here. I would like to see this set FIRST changed so the PROC is not 100% crit chance (since it procs off a crit) Running an ACT shows that every crit that procs this makes it also 10)% crit. I think changing this to JUST a pure PROC without the crit removes a layer of damage that causes this to do ALOT of damage. Just removing the crit, but still allowing it to benefit from damage bonuses etc will bring this inline I think.
Feytouch enchantment (trans & pure) does have way more bugs than mentioned above! I guess this enchantment can't be fixed anymore. . .
Yeah, multiple threads, bug reports, have been posted of all the details. Figured I didnt need to go into every detail here. Just provide a few examples plus Panderus already said they are working on a fix.
I mainly wanted to keep this top of mind since out of sight, out of mind, so a new thread with these bigger 4 issues is me trying to keep these things front and center.
5. Cragmire Glitch
- no explanation/information...
- Since release there was always a way to glitch cragmire. PvE is no real challenge... nothing new but there was hope...
- So difficult to set some invisible walls and block line of ALL effects by walls/closed doors and force barriers? Do it for every boss area during development. ALWAYS ^^ .... no tricky slippery design. A simple cube. Since beta this was/is and will perhaps be a problem...
Yeah exactly.... The vorpals are broken and its really stupid for those players that invested in upgrading them.... I know many guild mates who were smart enough to test pre-upgrade so they still have their Perfect but its just such a SILLY error and seems like it would be VERY easy to fix.... Just open the code, take 15 seconds to read it and I bet youll find the error.....

Its not about being smart...here all its broken until proven otherwise sadly
The fire wheel buff shouldn't be fixed before a trans negation nerf (and a severe one) otherwise some classes will be annoyingly immortal.
Yeah I agree. Negation needs a "downtime" just like all the other enchants.
Maybe it builds stacks and you gain DR like it does now but when it reaches max stacks it will hold the 30% buff for 15 seconds. Then it goes on CD for 20 seconds or something.... Or maybe you LOSE the ability to "refresh stacks" until all the current stacks come off CD. Then it has to rebuild stacks.
I mean there are some creative ways you can address that....
Fire Wheel is a big issue is PVP though, I wouldnt say negation is AS big an issue although it is VERY OP compared to others...
Confirmed that only Feytouched was fixed.... So that still leaves the other 3.....
I know Feytouched isn't stacking it's damage buff anymore, which is awesome and needed to be addressed. However, is it actually debuffing the primary/AoE targets from Transcendent?
Just curious if you, or anyone, has confirmed the debuff portion is working!
Negation should lower 0.5% dmg for every 1.5% of dmg resistance gained. This would still be decent trade off for many classes.
Lowering damage would be a better way of doing this I think....
Either that or as I said before you could keep a "stack system" in place as is however maybe reduce the stacks to 5 stacks.
Negation can then be something like:
Each time you are struck, gain a stack of negation. When you are at 5 stacks, gain a 30% DR buff for 15 seconds. This effect cannot happen more than once every 30 seconds.
Now what you have is a max of 15 second uptime 15 second downtime with a small "build up" period.
Feytouch was multiplying with itself is fixed, but what's about, that it is buffing the enemies damage or sometimes it does just nothing on trans level and sometimes it decreases your own damage by the Tooltip "buff" stated.
Well I sold mine a while back so I am unable to test it (I still have on PTR I guess though...)
Just going by word of mouth that it was "fixed" dunno about those other things.
Well I do still have my transcendent feytouch cause on tooltip it's an awesome enchantment, isn't it?
The problem is they said: fixed bugs where companions and enchantments damage were multiplying by itself. Nothing about the other issues with feytouch.
I think the reason that they left it ambiguous was to keep people from knowing what items were actually bugged and what items of those... were fixed. This may be a "test what you have and go from there" concept.

Well not only that, but also so people dont start posting:
"What about HAMSTER too!"
If they listed "we fixed X,Y,Z" this week people would be more mad they didnt acknowledge the others... Leaving it ambiguous makes us wonder what they are really doing. That is until you test and everything is STILL just as broken.....
