Blank inventory spot bug?

In one of my bags there are two spaces that show blank but when I select them I get a tooltip for my item that should be in the slot. When I press a I can only inspect and create chat link. I can't discard or move the item but they're taking up space. Does anyone have a fix for this?

    I have the exact same problem except its a spot in my bank. I'd love to know how to get that fixed...

    Same here as well I can't understand how it happens I'm up too 3 spots two was my enchantment that I fully upgraded and the third was for my body I still don't know what to do but I want my enchantments back

    This has been going on for weeks now.. i have 2-3 in my inventory and 2-3 at least in my bank. Is there any support in this game? no GMs or ticket system ? Bummer

    Any Suggestions ?

    If these forums are monitored.. my name is Malcovis in game. Xbox One. have a GM go in and review the bags... just sort the bag and you will notice the blank spots filter to the bottom of the bag. Also, if you try to move them you have a "N" placeholder item appear

    According to the Mod's this issue is being worked on by the dev's of the game. I have a similar issue, but its my arm slot instead of a bag slot, cant equip nothing in it, dont get any stats or set bonuses from the slot, get Error Item Not Found and selecting it crashes my xbox back to dashboard. Its been over a month, never got any real feedback from the Support Staff and the ticket was closed, kept spamming tickets and finally got a response that the dev's were looking into it (that was two weeks ago). Blew up on the forum until I got a response that the devs were looking into it and that the Forum Staff cannot do anything about it. Been blocked on their twitter, etc. Nothing you can do about it until the devs decide to fix it and patch the game.
