They are likely swamped with tickets about this; you will be contacted and asked for screenshots to verify that your character is indeed bugged and has used the respec. Both my mains are affected by this, I have not yet submitted a ticket because 1) each has only one point pending and is otherwise at rank 4 with all the powers I use on them and 2) I am waiting for an across-the-board fix. If that does not come, I will submit one for my CW and just use the respec token I got with my first time buyers pack on my GF.

From all my sources on this bug:
If one doesn't have a free respec token and is affected by this, Support will grant you a free respec. You will need to make sure you've made a Support Ticket and not a Bug Report. Check your Ticket History here, if your ticket is not there, then that means you filed it as a bug report and won't be getting a response about it, as those go to a different department.
Check to make sure you do not have a free respec token available. To do this, open your Powers page (not Feats) and if you have a token, the button on the bottom left will read "Respec Character" and when pressed, you will have the option to use your free respec token.
If you have used your free respec token and did not make a Support Ticket, then please file a Support Ticket and be as specific as possible for the affected character(s) and that you do not have a free respec token. If you made a Support Ticket already but still haven't gotten a response, you can update your ticket in your Ticket History also. Please do not make multiple Support Tickets, update your existing one(s) instead.

So if I have requested GM help in game and bug reported it in game I shouldn't expect a resolution until I file a support ticket out of game? (Not a trick question, looking for clarity here)

Do we create a ticket for each character affected or just one for all characters?

I burned through a Christmas token or two.. I was tired of waiting for a reply.
I find it harsh that you have to do anything, many were effected and they shouldve supplied another free token to all accounts.
So if I have requested GM help in game and bug reported it in game I shouldn't expect a resolution until I file a support ticket out of game? (Not a trick question, looking for clarity here)
Yes, and you have to add a screenshot from your power page to it too.
I was still hoping for some more information on the powers, that the last patch broke.
Harrowstorm for example, the curse part from this power is not working anymore. The patch didn't just "fix" something with curses, it more looks like it just disabled the extra ability of curses all together... and it makes you wonder, if Harrowstorm is the only broken power now, or if all SW powers are effected by the last patch.
And could we please get a time frame, on how long we have to wait for an answer from the support? It was nearly a full week with my first ticket about this, and then i had to wait another day after i received an answer from the support and submited all information in the ticket again, before i got my full respec.
I would also like to ask, why is there not a single official word about these bugs in the latest patch? Not to mention, that an official apology for those problems would also be nice to read...
I do believe in killing the messenger...
Want to know why?
Because it sends a message!

If your ticket made in game appears in your Ticket History, then no you do not need to make another ticket. When viewing your ticket history, you can open current and past tickets and then Update them. If your ticket is not listed there, then yes please do file a Support Ticket.

I am not sure, but I have sent an inquiry on this out. For now, I'd suggest to make a ticket on your most desired character and in that report also detail your other characters that are affected. If you have more than one account though, it would be best to make a new report for each account at least. When I hear back on the inquiry, I'll reply here.

Thank you Zeb. The GM help ticket I raised in game had appeared within Arc support, had received a response in the last few hours and we are now in communication to hopefully resolve the issue.
Really appreciate your input on this. Thanks again.
From personal experience, I had the bug on 2 characters. I filed a ticket for each one. 7 days later I received an email telling me I had a respec token on my gwf. 10 minutes later they responded to my second character and said they had flagged it as a duplicate and asked me to please not do that. I responded by saying it is a duplicate because it was a bug that affected 2 characters at separate times. The ticket was closed by PWE and I ended up paying for a new respec on my second character.

Great example of awful Support, thanks for the warning. I will try one ticket for all characters.
I got an answer after 3 days of waiting, and i have to submit a bug report.
I'm still going to try to get a respec, since i haven't gotten any power points from the level 70 overflow this far, and every point counts now.
I have to wait and see, if the support will help me out here...
I enjoyed NWO for many hours, but this is really draining the fun out of it.
With every new patch, there is something broken i have to find a way around. And every time, i have to wait several days for an answer from the support.
Is this bug an internal joke by the devs or something!?
I'm looking every week at the patch notes to see if it has been fixed so I can start playing again but this is getting a bit ridiculous.
If one doesn't have a free respec token and is affected by this, Support will grant you a free respec.
And what happens if that token doesn't work either? How many times can we ask Support for a respec token before the problem is corrected?
Hi, Zeb! We 'spoke' in-game over the [Mystra] channel about this problem (which exists on two of my characters (DC and HR)), and you suggested I copied them to the Preview server to see if respeccing them with the free token (plus any I had from the Simril event) would resolve the issue.
It didn't.
If all the tokens we can find/buy in-game do nothing to resolve the issue, what good is it going to Support (who may/may not choose to ignore you/brush you off)?
What 'special abilities' do the tokens from Support have that no other token does?
(Not trying to be rude here, but I've had this problem with these two characters since Mod 4 went live. I don't know how long anyone else has had their problem(s), but I'm willing to lay odds that it's been just as long.)

Just to make sure: you used the free full respec on preview? Not the AD-fee feats/boons one?
Even if so, I think you should still contact support - if their respec token will fail, they will dig deeper, I'm sure.
On the Preview server, I used the free respec, then several of the Simril-gifted respecs on both toons, then on the Live server, used the free respec on the DC (my most 'broken' toon). On all occasions, I received the 'Respec Successful' notification, but then was unable to get any Ability, Power, or Feat points to successfully lock down.
What I mean by 'locking down' (you may already have figured this out, but I'll explain it anyway) can be best explained by referring to what happens on the Feats tab. There, points are grouped into:
Points Available
Points Pending
Points Spent
By clicking on the desired Feat, points go from 'Available' to 'Pending', then when you click on the "Confirm" button, they go from 'Pending' to 'Spent'. For me, this second stage does not happen.

Does this means there won't come a real fix for the bug?
- no respec for broken powers,
- wait for a patch to fix it.
