Looking for an Active Guild to enjoy T1/T2/PVP

Hi All,
I'm looking for an active guild to run T1/T2/PVP. I would prefer a guild with alot of players from California(I'm from San Francisco). I do not mind a small guild as long as they are active.
Some of the MMO's that I played are Ragnarok Online and Everquest.
I'm running with a Lvl 60 CW(11.5 GS)/Lvl 32 DC
