I am begging for private dungeons, I have a group of friends (Who are rarely on at the same time) that love playing dungeons solo (I, and 2 others, have perma-stealth rogues who can solo things like spell plague with ease) and it is incredibly annoying needing to bring in randoms to kick anyone who joins so that we don't get kicked ourselves, and considering that we need to kick people the whole time if one person starts a kick on one of us, maybe 10% of the time we accidentally kick the person in our group. STOP THIS BS, just let us make a group that does not need to worry about kicks, otherwise just let us make private dungeons so we can ACTUALLY RUN THE DUNGEONS. Holy **** cryptic, please let this be fixed by next year when I am done with the witcher 3 so that this game's endgame actually becomes playable.
At least I can be happy witcher 3 is out next week so I can be done with this bull for the next few months.
I can't say I agree with your reasons or methods, but I do agree that private dungeons would be a wonderful feature. I'd like to see them add private dungeons just so my friends can leave/join at will. Since our guild charter requires all members not to kick for any reason other than disconnection/AFK or trollish behavior, we end up stuck with randoms if one of our party needs to leave -- even if we have other guildies online who could fill the slot.
You made yet another compelling argument to nerf rogues. Most games make it so stealth classes cannot go invisible and skip content. Level 65 mobs should obviously be able to spot a stealth rogue.
Your idea is ridiculous btw. Stop being a special snowflake.
They need to offer this feature. Players should be able to invite friends to epic dungeons. My issue is more how some classes areally so OP they can take advantage of stuff like this. Rogues should be unable to invisible past level 65 mobs. Lol. Also, I cannot imagine trappers in the current form were intended. They must get a nerf soon.
Dungeons are for 5 players, get off your high horse of playing an overrated and overpowered class and move on
Yes the high powered class that immediately gets kicked in a PvE pug.
Anyway I see no reason that we cannot have private dungeons. You lose the cleric and you need another, you know who you want, but instead of joining straight up, you need to play the cue game. How fun is that.
Well on the PC we were able to solo epics, and they changed that with the latest MOD. They also removed 85% of the dungeons and made the few we have a pain in the !@#.

A private dungeon would be fantastic not to solo but to run with friends/guild mates. It would be even better if we could *invite* people to the "private" dungeon.
Most of you have missed one key piece of info. You can do private dungeons in the game as it is now, and invite them. All you have to do is WALK there and go in through the ENTRANCE. Don't queue for it...... amazing huh? I know its not epic but its private!

It doesn't count if it's not Epic. Although, being able to walk up to a dungeon in-world with a group (or solo) and choose a difficulty would be cool. I still want the ability to invite people into the dungeon should someone else need to leave... or if we find we can't actually two-man Epic Spellplague after all
And then what if three other guildies or friends want to come fill those slots? If I walked in (no queue), I'm out of luck because there's no system to replace them with either randoms or invites. If I queue, I am forced to kick a bunch of people while my friend queues to find my instance, which is something I won't do. What people in this thread are really asking for is the ability to control who they run dungeons with -- WITHOUT having to kick 30 people to do it. I currently can't invite someone to play with me like I can in story missions, nor can I join a group of friends in progress if they started before I logged in, both of which should be available matchmaking options.
Is it really that hard for you to find 3 guildmates that can join and afk while you do it? Even if they get dced they will hold the spot.
Still doesn't fix the issue even if you have 3 people. With a private dungeon you could choose who came and went. There have been dozens of times I've had a guild mate get online while I was in the middle of a dungeon and he had to sit and wait for us to finish the dungeon before getting to run with us.
Being able to invite him mid dungeon would make things so much better for everyone. The most optimal solution would be to do like most other games do. You choose whether you want to enter your group into a queue or not. This way you can invite who you want even while already in the dungeon and if you can't seem to find anyone else online you can fill the last slot by just queuing your group while in the dungeon.
I don't understand why having private lobbies wasn't an option to begin with. There is so much trash and spam to sort through in this game. Give us a filter to combat it all. If four of us want to try an Epic dungeon on our own, allow us!
