no stamina after soulforge activates

i have no stamina after soulforge activates that means instant death since i am not able to dodge enemies.
if its a bug pls fix it
if its another one of "m6 reworks" pls fix it too again no stamina after soulforge activate means instant death means this enchantments is not worth it.

I have had this same issue but honestly it seems this happens after proccing soulforge a second time, which also has me pretty much under a slow effect, so if i'm still being targeted odds are i'm dead again before getting up. I really think this is a problem with soulforge getting a second proc before the actual cool down has ran ergo you shouldn't be alive anyway. However I have never really timed how long between procs so it could just be abug with the second proc, I dont' recall having an issue when it first goes off but I almsot always have an issue on the second one.
There does seem to be something weird going on with Soulforged maybe doing more than it should. It is also interesting to note that sometimes when I'm auto-revived, and I'm thinking it might be such a "second proc", Lathander's Renewal doesn't trigger.
that happens to me only if i have a skull was always like this with skull.
