I still can't purchase ZEN with my Australian MasterCard. I would really like an epic mount too. When will the game be officially launched in Australia?
Most of our Kiwi guild get Us pre-paid cards. Most places email you the code, so you can use them right away.
Not sure if I'm allowed to say which site I personally use, but if you want the name just PM me.

Buy a US pre-paid XBL card.
I use http://www.offgamers.com/ - they normally get you the code 5-minutes after you pay, so you can get your Zen nice and fast.
Other services, like using NZ Post's mail-forwarding service to get stuff from Amazon will also work.
Step 1: Set your Xbox to US (just like you did to download Neverwinter in the first place) Step 2: Buy a US pre-paid card Step 3: Go the games marketplace, go to enter code and chose to manually enter the code. Step 4: If this is the first time you've done this it'll ask for a billing address. Just google any Alaskan address and enter that. (Why Alaska? It has no sales tax, so buying $50 of zen costs $50, and not $53. Considering we have to match the denominations of the pre-paid cards, we can't just throw an extra $3 on there.) Step 5: Buy the Zen pack you want - after it's gone through, switch back to your normal reagon.
When buying more you skip step 4.
WARNING: This is skirting the rules of XBL. If something goes wrong, you many not be able to get the same level of help and support from Microsoft as you'd normally expect. Use at your own risk. (Having said this, I've brought other games and Zen from XBL with this method, and I've yet to have an issue)
Recommended buys:
$20us - Heirloom - blue gear every 5 levels to level 50 and blue companion for every character you make. Plus one bag, another character slot and a reroll token
$18us - Blue mount (wolf or tiger)
$35us - Purple mount... if you're considering this remember that opening the adventure's reward pack at level 20 gives you a 15%-off token. Worth leveling someone to twenty to get that token and save 525 zen.

Thanks very much telprydain as this worked! I now have my backpack and epic mount! I used the site that you recommended above. First I bought a $10 card to test that it does indeed work and when it did I followed up with a $50 card. It took about 7 minutes each time for the codes to be sent.
