Is there any way to tell what it is?

    Go to a friend who has also played neverwinter. then go to compare games. find neverwinter and click on it. it will show both of your times played. Worth noting that I often find the time xbox states is different than time I find on timers from the game itself. No idea why but its usually not off by that much.

    You can also go to the game hub or the game's page in the full-screen achievements app and you can see the time played. It's in the leaderboard section of the game hub and to the right of the game description in the achievements app.
