i want to introduce the idea of pvp artifact cloaks.

so what about pvp artifact cloaks with tenacity. that would be awesome right?

    How about they just give me a nice lvl 70 cloak with tenacity that I don't have to dump refining points into, because refining is not all that awesome IMO.

    yes but to them they are profitable. and they wont do **** without profit.

    Would much rather they just upgrade the pvp cloak from the pvp campaign to level 70 with a good item level and not get outdated in a few months time.

    I wouldn't mind getting an artifact cloak for PvP, provided I was allowed to switch all my refinement over without penalty.

    That being said, I'd also like to see an entire PvP artifact set, eg, artifact belt, artifact cloak, and PvP artifact that's not a banner or raven crystal.

    i agree completely. esp the part without penalty. that was the first obstacle i ran into when thinking this up.
