cant find quest for cloak tower

I am level 19 and i cant find the quest for the cloak tower. I am long past the tower district. I have no options for it in the ques tab either.

    A Dungeon Delve located in the Tower District. You may not queue for this dungeon above level 22, but you can still enter the dungeon "manually" by going to the entrance on the map.

    but you said you're 19.. this may be a bug if you aren't past it

    My memory was that scout gaelen gave you the quest. But I got no such offer this time and its not showing up in the que tab. if it is a bug is there any way to fix it?

    Scout Gaelen should offer that up at the same time the "Return to Sgt. Knox" quest for the Tower District is given (Trouble in the Ranks?). I know that's when my Paladin received it, but that was right after Mod 6 launched.

    You can't get into the Cloak Tower right now anyway, so they may have disabled offering the quest.

    I'd like for them to at least open up some of the old dungeons as the 3-man versions, even if the Epic version isn't ready yet. Just for variety. And so that I can get those quests done and out of my quest log, and get the "Area Completed" accomplishment and title in my quest journal! :)

    But I can wait. At least they have Storm Front available as a CtA so I can complete Icespire on some of my characters who missed the regular skirmish when leveling!

    So are these quests gone for good? ore are they just down for the moment? Are there any alternatives if I want to run dungeons at my level?

    We are still trying to get answers as to why certain parts of the game have been gutted with Mod 6.

    They have said that the dungons are only gone until they are redone. However, we have know idea how long that might be.

    kinda new and didnt notice the quest in any ques or anyhting trying to get the bag looks like i may have to wait on dungeon patches.

    Although this is a necro, I understand that you can't start a thread yourself, so I won't chastise you.

    "trying to get the bag" -- you get a bag from running the Clock Tower quest, which is the end quest in Neverdeath Graveyard, for characters in their upper 20s. Cloak Tower is the dungeon in the Tower District, for lvl 10-17 characters.
