Error getting item info

I spent 100000 astro diamonds at auction on dragon arm gear for my trickster rogue I exchanged zen for them when I was done playing I log off and when I come back its gone n my game freezes when I try to pit anything n that spot need help bcuz it hurt my game score level 60 t rogue

    I am having the same problem i play a level 60 GWF and my arm armor just disappears gives me the "error retrieving armor info" message and if i try to click on it to inspect if freezes and crashes my game, it also gives me the same message when i try to equip another arm armor piece. I would be willing to replace the arm armor if only it were an option for me to do so.

    That's crazy it hurts ur game score also have u put n a ticket yet I did told me sorry for ur luck but they did say if a lot of ppl put tickets n that's the only way it would get fixed if u hear anything let me know vise versa

    Ive had a ticket in for 4 days for this exact same problem, the forum is littered with this same issue. it sucks, im missing over 1k gs because of this bug and cant run epic shores or lostmauth because of it

    **** bro oh I feel ur pain I can't do most dungeon's because ppl think I'm weak I was told to go to help menu fix bug but we got to stick together n vet this resolved I dnt wanna start over that's smh

    Thats exactly what needs to happen if we all band together as cheesy as that sounds we can get this problem resolved a whole lot quicker. They wont ever fix the problem, even if thousands of individuals submit tickets on the same problem, we all have to come together to get actual results.

    Im about to put in another ticket for my current one, since its been 5 days with no response, so im assuming there is a bug with my ticket

    Lol crazy bro I'm bout to put another one n to I can't play the levels I want to cuz my GS ain't high enough other player boot me off everytime

    I feel ya, without my gloves im sitting at 12.1k, I dont get booted from anything because all ive been running is normal shores of tuern and the dragon dailys. would rather be running epic shores. Ive gotten over 150 completions of shores on normal with 2 gems to show for it. havent seen any of the +6 weapons or belts yet. got sick of running it when i helped a guildmate thru for his first time and he had 2 +6 weps drop that were 100k rough astrals each when salvaged. then to top it off, missing over 1k gs from the slot and still outdpsing everyone in the group by 2-3mil is just sad.

    I have the same problem but with my ioun stone allure in his neck slot I have try ed putting idle an still nothing

    Its been a week, I got a response finally today on my ticket, a automated Please post on our forums a bug report about your problem. Really......... So I replied with the links to every post about this issue already

    Im honestly too disappointed in the game to play right now, I check in a few times a day to see if they have fixed the issue. When they eventually do fix the issue, there had better compensate the players well for the time lost. Im losing 300-450k ad a day from farming.

    I'm not getting astral diamonds from my daily dungeons or skirmishes. I turn them in but my totals never increase.

    Finally got a response from customer support on this issue halfway thru day 10 of my ticket. They cant fix the error and are waiting to hear back from the developer on the issue.

    Man they told me the same bull I told them we r frustrated from getting the run around n if ppl knew they could get jipped for they time n money they probably wouldn't play

    alot of people farm epic pirate king for the drops, but its been overfarmed and the prices are dropping, epic shores of tuern has several boe's that drop worth 40-400k, get a good group and do speed runs. the guy i normally run with has seen 5 artifact belts drop on top of all the rings and necks in just the last few days alone

    Day 10, they closed my ticket with no solution, posted to their twitter wall "thank you for being patient"..... are you ****ing kidding me!
