Customer Service - Ticket Suport

Myself, and others have all had issues with lack of support from submitting a ticket trying to get something fixed in our games. I'm going on 5 days without any feedback from my last ticket, and I know of two others with the same issue that are over a week.

If you want this game to succeed then get on the ball with ticket resolution. You have thousands of players out there that are crippled in the game because of bugs, that even if you can't fix, you can at least work around for the time being (i.e. draconic bracer glyph bug resulting in "Error: Item Not Found").

I will guarantee that 0% of your player base cares if you are understaffed. Hire more people or start giving out some overtime while you are working out the kinks, you are making tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars a day with Zen sales. You can afford to put a little bit of it back into the game. Focus more on your customer service, happy customers spend more money, that's Business 101.

Or do what other MMO's have done in the past, hire some of your player base (obviously make sure they are up to the task, responsible and mature enough) to help resolve some of the easier tickets to free up your actual employees for tickets that require access to character data, and pay them in Zen.

    If you submitted an in-game ticket you will never get any feedback or response.

    If you submitted an arcgames.com support ticket on the web you should get a reply within 24-48 hours.

    I submitted a arcgames.com ticket over 5 days ago. Last I checked thats a bit more than 24-48 hours

    Well I hate to be an *** but if the arcgames.com thing isnt getting you results who is to say the one tied into the xbl game would be any better?

    Its literally been a full week since I submitted my ticket on arcgames.com. I got a response back this morning, finally. A automated ****ing message saying to please post a bug report on the forums regarding the issue. I replied linking all the bug reports already on the issue.

    Neverwinter/Arc/Perfectworld/Etc Customer Service/Ticket System is a ****ing joke, the entire system needs to go back to the drawing board and fixed.

    why is it taking so long for them to respond to tickets. I have made a ticket for this 3 days ago and still no reply i have been in 3 epic tier 2 dungeons chests were i was suppose to get a and helmet. chest and feet armor tire 2 epic for the chest i have gotten a belt in all these chest were and belt is not even suppose to been. if you can can you pleat give me the armor i was suppose to get please whitch were chest and helm and feet

    i did submitted an arcgames.com support ticket on the web 3 days ago and got nothing so that's just false info

    ailelm, There is not guaranteed drop in any dungeons, only the possibility of getting the items. If that is your issue (what I took from your post and likely what support understood), you not going to hear much of anything. There is no problem. Support cannot help when the game is functioning as it should.

    well when it says you will ether get a ring or helmet then thats what you should get not something else and that's one reason i will not be playing after elder scrolls online comes out

    Rentherogue, I suspect that they haven't a clue what is causing the Draconic bracers issue, so a workaround is unlikely to be forthcoming. I say this because I don't recall ever hearing mention about this or something similar on the PC, so it may be Xbox specific.

    Posting in the bug section and giving as many details as possible may eventually show another common denominator aside from the bracers and then a workaround or a least a way for others to avoid it may present itself.

    I'll admit I have seen mention around, but I don't really understand it as I haven't followed it closely.

    no matter what epic dungeon i do i still get the **** same belt for ever one of them and i so **** tired of it

    Theres already multiple bug reports for it, they already know the specific cause and how to repeat it. Grab yourself a set of draconic bracers, add glyph to overload slot, logout, log back in. Gear bugged. Its been well over a week at this point. I had a issue with the Lair of Lostmauth bug, just added it to my existing ticket with the bracers, and got a response almost immediately with that issue. So its not even a issue of support not having the time to answer tickets, its blatantly ignoring them because they have no idea what they are doing. A reply even once saying "hey we have no idea what we are doing, but we are working on it" would go a long way.

    I wear draconic bracers (DC), currently equipped with a lesser blue dragon glyph and I remove it for dragon fights, no bug, no problem. So, it is not as simple as you are making it out to be.

    leave it in when you log out of the game, come back and see if your still able to use them

    the last boss has the chance to drop the items the chest can give any tier 2 item its all random

    Yep, no problem. I have been logging in and out, switching glyphs, switching gloves for weeks. Been using this setup, sometimes switching to High Prophet gloves, since about day 15 of the game I mostly leave the glyphs out, but have still burned through 3 of them. I got the gloves in my second encounter with the dragon in Rothe'.

    I mean I agree with the spirit of your post that a week was much too long to wait for a response, but I also agree with their response to post in the bug forum. The more eyes on the problem, the better. As a side note, your claim that there are already many reports of this issue in the bug forum, doesn't jive with my searches. I only saw one and it seemed like someone who has accidentally transmuted their gloves. If you have those links handy that you sent to support, I would like to read them. Maybe, I can duplicate.

    New search, just using Draconic and found four threads, two of which appear to be accidental transmutes, one with a red dragon glyph that I will try to duplicate and one confused/ing postthat may or may not be the same issue.

    Ok, here is the story of my test following the only post that gave steps to reproduce the bug.

    Went to the bank in PE to get Red Dragon Glyph, didn't have any, bought one lesser and one greater from AH. I then traveled to Whispering Caverns and at the campfire near the entrance loaded the lesser glyph into my draconic bracers along with a lesser dragon hoard. Logged off, logged back on. Everything fine. Traveled to the area with the spiders and killed them until aspect of flame triggered on the glyph. Returned to campfire, logged off, logged back in checked gloves and glyph, everything fine. Switched glyph from lesser to greater. Logged out, logged in everything fine. Again killed spiders until aspect of flame triggered and returned to campfire. Logged off, logged in no problems. Removed glyph from gloves, signed off and came and made this post. Results: Unable to duplicate following the steps in the bug post.

    As I said before, if there are others reports (not the ones that look like transmute issues) and someone can link, I'm willing to risk my stuff and AD to attempt duplication. I won't transmute the Draconic Gloves to something else as I'm pretty sure that will break them and that would not be a bug, but user error.

    I didnt have mine transmuted. I was using the Greater Black Dragon Glyph with several procs off it. Everyone that seems to have the issue so far thats been a non transmuted issue has either been a trickster rogue or a hunter ranger. So it might be a class related issue

    Well, shoot, I can't test either of those. No rogue and no plans to make one anytime soon and my HR is still a baby (mid 30's) and I only do the dragon dailies/professions/invoke with her so it will be a long while to 60 and the ability to test.

    This is incorrect, Eldarth. If properly submitted as a GM/Support Ticket, they will get a response, regardless if submitted in game or on the support site or even via email.

    What many may be doing is during the in-game process of selecting a category for your report, you may be choosing an option listed in the bugs sections. If this done, it will be made as a Bug Report and not a GM/Support Ticket. Bug Reports do not go to the GMs/Support, they go to the QA Developers directly and do not get responses. If one needs a GM/Support response, then please make sure you're filing an actual GM/Support Ticket and not a Bug Report.

    If your Ticket is NOT listed here, then you filed it as a bug report. Do note, that the in-game screen to view submitted tickets doesn't function correctly, please use the web page link instead to view them.

    To make sure you're filing a GM/Support Ticket, I suggest to always use the Support Site or by email at customerservice@perfectworld.com - do know that email reports are not added to your viewable ticket history.

    "A CHANCE TO OBTAIN A T2 HELM OR RING" or whatever the hell you're whining about, does not guarantee ANYTHING HELM OR RING T2. Your incompetence is astounding, and if you think you should get something the first time every time you should really go back to other games. MMO's are not for you. You obviously do not understand that if you want to get to the top, you gotta work and farm for it. Get outta here man you are not MMO material. Comments like this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> me off and if you think ESO is going to be different you got your head somewhere obviously not on your shoulders. Quit now don't waste your money on ESO.

    Anyway, ESO is trash. You'll hear that from probably 75% of us who actually played ESO on PC. Most players were disappointed and even with the recent changes, it's nothing fantastic. The ONLY thing good about ESO is their PVP. The rest of the game, the leveling system, the story line, the quests, the grind................. It's complete trash.

    Wait until you get to Shores of Tuern or Lair of Lostmauth and run them 50x without seeing a SINGLE item drop between the main boss AND the two chests inside altogether! Quit now man we don't want your kind here.

    Two and a half weeks with no response from any support, after a week and a half they closed my ticket without reason, and every time I ask on their twitter feed all they say is thanks for your patience. Two and a half weeks isnt patience, its frustration and anger. 1-3 days ticket response time according to them is average, explain this. Everyone with the Item Error issues have yet to get this fixed, some going on 3 weeks on this game breaking bug. Less excuses, More fixing your game please!

    Since this is only being used to rant and flame the company by the OP, it's getting closed down. Continuing to complain about the resolution of your ticket is fruitless, as there is literally nothing that forum staff can do to resolve your issue. Forum staff are not support staff and cannot intervene.

    I will also refer the OP back to Zeb's post. If you submitted it as an ingame bug report, it will not receive a response.
