Extremely upset/Cheated out of my rewards

A couple of weeks ago I had trouble with linked companion and keys, but I let the keys go and got my companion, but now its no fun to play but money in game, claim I won an artifact but nothing to show for it, I've been playing this game day after day buying keys and 4/29/2015 2:13 am in the morning I "won" Belial's portal stone, then the game froze about 42 second (I didn't cut my Xbox off) and nothing was in my inventory so I check all my other Characters. Nothing I turn on and off the Xbox this time logged back to the Characters I won the artifact with still nothing. I was so have to get that but the game/glitch took it away. The frame rate is killing a lot of patients and fun out of this game this, this is not the first time but I not going to put money in the game and get cheated out of it when I give the game respect and time. My gamer tag is Amor2point0 the Characters, I won the artifact with is A.M.O.R. and I was in a party and all my friends and wife heard me screaming of the excitement and the upset when I didn't receive anything.

It seem the freezing (lag bug is not just attacking) but this is really disappointing when you put money in the game. Is there any way of reclaiming my item or this is a tactic to spend more money??? I just want the bug with disappearing item to stop.

    They wont be able to do anything with this, unless you took a shot of the win for all they know you could just be lying for free items :/ they should really server log this kinda stuff.

    That's pure BS because about time I screen shot it, it went away and I have my wife and friends as witness and they should keep a log of everything because this is pure BS truly.

    There is no need to lie when there is A screen shot on the xbox app so, who is lying shadow2085. I would love to see if you put money for a mount and never received it, or buy a game and that **** don't work. you will be upset too, at less I got a piece of proof to prove that I won and not like most of these simple cheap ppl that want a free item. Like I said if I didn't put money in the game it would be another thing, but no glitch, bug, lag, or frame rate issue should mess with money. For sake they had problems giving ppl the dragon token, so there are still problems with this game, they need to use their own servers instead of xbox because I never had issues on NW on PC.

    Unfortunately, as he said, "Screenshot or it didn't happen"

    That will be your only saving grace. Until proof is given, it's all he said she said, at the moment.

    Yeah man I've gotten 5 or 6 belial stones and a whole bunch of other stuff. .. Never had your issue. If my stuff were to disappear I would record the last 5 minutes of game play by snapping my game dvr as proof.

    When I get home Ill show you all the screenshot unfortunately share pics from the xbox app so ill go home to take a pics of a pic so no lying and my friend got his mount from arc because the same thing happened to him all my videos I saved is all bugs people deal with in neverwinter, to frame rate, ads bugs, refining stone glitches, invisible ads bug, etc, They help me with my keys and the gladly help me why is everyone think people lying, like you @jaxcevaal pc I never had a problem and servers are great, but xbox version so much hate and problems

    They do that's why they knew I about my missing keys and dragon token
