Pure feytouched or Pure terror for my paladin (pvp)

1)I personally likes the pure terror because of 40% decrease for enemy power and defence , but on the other hand i heard feytouched not only take away 18% damage and transfer to me...and can have 3 time ??? so does it mean 18% x 3 times = 54% damage to me from a single target ? Is that true ?

2)My friend said 40% defence & power from pure terror is just a meh compare to 18% DAMAGE...because he said damage is definetely better than power or defence..is that true ?

    I heard its just trans, not pure. I may be wrong though and since I'd use Fey too (if it wasnt bugged) I wish somebody could confirm that

    what do you mean by bugged ? you mean trans feytouched is not working ???

    stop defend feytouched those posts about the enchant doesnt do insane damage the holder sick me thanks:).
