So are they going to be fixed? Cus as it is now, i am not getting close to what i used to get? Its pretty hard as it is with them working to get any RP going. Now its just plain dumb, and paying 65M (current aH price) to gear up 1 char is not gonna happen.
It cant be nerf, % chance on description remains the same, so if u have 10% chance, then, in long run, every 100 mobs killed should give you around 10 items, simple as that, getting consistently 1-2 items every 1000 mobs killed is not WAI. Unless, of course, the nerf really happened but its the old description that is bugged, patch notes lacking and its actually 0.1% chance now.
I've had zero drops since the last patch. Before that, it was consistent (with 7% chance rating). On top of that, I was getting rank 5s dropping all the time (without any fey blessing enchants equipped) and now nothing. I'm thinking ninja nerf.
This is a critical issue for gearing up, so it is very important to players. The least Cryptic should do is explain what is happening with the dragon hoard enchants to the players... stealth nerf or bug... fix comming soon or eventually or prolly before mod 10.

Yeah i mean lets say, u can get 1 stack of peridots per day, and u play every day the entire year. It still gonna take over 1 YEAR to max out one char. RP drops srsly needs some love.

Not a nerf per say, but mind what lvl you are scaled to in areas where you are trying to "farm" with this or similar enchant.
I have noticed it gives more with the areas where I can earn XP, and hardly gives anything in areas I get no XP from due to my level.
This makes sense logically as it means you farm at your level's capabilities in order to utilize the enchant to it's maximum potential.
If this holds true as how these are working then AWESOME as it means no more people creating zombie or imp popcorn in exploit foundries, or smashing through low lvl areas taking kills from lowbies just to get more low RefP gems.
NOTE: I also get more Black Opals and Flawless Sapphire etc (high RefP gems) when in a party than when I solo.

I almost agree....
The "Well" and "Ring" yields almost no gems... but the Pit seems to go in spurts
Its a nerf or maybe an unintended nerf for sure, been fighting mobs that are 1-2 lvls higher then me.
At first it drops like good ol days, then short after it seems it goes on a 30 min(ish) CD.
Then it starts to drop again, the feyblessing however seem to work just as before with out any crazy long CD.
Can we pls get some answer on this from a Dev? Would be nice to know whats going on.
Yup they done something to dragon hoards... Idk what they did or how it works but with total of 5% I got no drops for 20 min of killin mobs non stop and I drop mob packs ded pretty fast.
its lame, and I still think its broken. No way they last a normal session. I get like 10 drops before they shut off. Imagine all the folks that saved and bought greaters...
There is a mechanic on these items to limit how often and how much they can drop each day. A normal game session for a day should not be impacted.
We have seen players use them heavily to just farm all day with bots and this was one of the valves we closed to that behavior.
What we need are the actual numbers on this.
It still might be a bug. He says that normal play... a few hours a day doing dailies and dungeons and such, with a total of few thousand kills, should not be impacted.

The problem is, if they disclose the exact time frame or mechanic, then the farmers/bots will simply make sure to skirt said restriction.
Personally, I think a better method of detecting farmers, instead of punishing legitimate players that may be able to devote a whole day once in a while to binge play, is a better option.

While I agree with your main point, please also note that the numbers behind more trivial things, like skill kit roles, are also kept from us, so I feel that a certain amount of the game's inner workings are obfuscated on purpose...

i agree. but this is obviously broken or nerfed so bad im not gonna play. the sooner i know the sooner i can tell what i need to do.
The way it read to me was he's good with it the way it is. Last hope is leadership making rp cheaper in maybe another 2 months. Other than that its 20kish rp per day into artifact equipment that needs 4.6 million rp to fill. That's around 230 days for one piece and then multiply that by 4 to have all orange gear.

They don't need such details. All they need is enough to warrant them to look at it and they did. Panderus stated how it works, there's no need to know its finer details, just play the game and don't worry about numbers so much. Let the devs worry about such things.
Allright we will not get details. Without any actual numbers on this... I am saying Panderus says is wrong, most players hit the cap every day. And they hit the cap after minimal play. And I am saying that the cap is set so low that there seem to be no truly legimate ways to earn enough RP to refine the artifacts you have before the next set is available in 1 or 2 years.

but
they seem to work in burst and spurts
I do still get some but not as much
That said there are tines it is a flood
Once or twice a day
Urlord
But at times I get more
In the "Pit" I get the most
Go figure
I agree with this
They should let us know what to expect
