leadership enchanted coffers...broken?

  I get elemental aggregate, at maybe 10% rate. Otherwise just elemental air/earth/fire/water. I can believe that Unified Elements will also drop, probably at .3% rate or something like that.
  
  However, all the other items listed on the tooltip as possible drops -- enchants, RP stones, other professional resources -- are not dropping, and I have opened hundreds of coffers at this point.
  
  BTW, there is already a post on this in the Bug Reports forum.

  Unified Elements drop, but I can't say what's the drop rate - I've got only 1 so far.
  
  Tbh I like the coffers the way they are just now, they don't give me junk that only takes my inventory space (true elemental air,water etc is junk too, but at least it doesn't clutter my bag).

  I would agree with you, but Enchanted Coffers are also supposed to be the source for Leadership profession resources for the high-level rare tasks that reward a lot of AD.
