Got the companion on the first skirmish :D
    But the problems....
1.) On more than one occasion we have assembled a group of 5 players from our guild, the que would take what seems like forever, and when we spawn in, one of our group has been replaced with a random. It is infuriating and simply mind boggling as to how that could happen.
2.) As usual the frame rate drops to single figures or the screen will freeze for 3-10 seconds, plus the sound gets choppy as if the xbox cpu can't cope.

Oh, and why the hell is 'got' sensored in chat? Seriously!

CONGRATS on getting the armored wolf companion! First try is incredible luck. (I'm Jeeealous.)

Getting nervous about that frame rate drops. Won't get to try it out until tonight after work.

The lag wasn't as bad as the queue system glitching out:

    - A group of 4 of us queue and join. One of the 4 never get the "Waiting in queue" message nor the join accept prompt. That same person is never removed from the group, yet still shows up as one of the 5 in the skirmish, while a completely random 5th person is in there with us.

    - A group of 4 of us queue and join. Complete the skirmish (for whatever reason, the queue gives group lead to the random). We exit and leave group and reform, however. One of the 4 still has the "Rejoin Instance" map icon, can't accept our group invite and can still rejoin the skirmish instance, where the random is still sitting in.

The above happened (second one only once, first 4 times out of the 15 we ran) more often than we saw any kind of lag, screen freezes or otherwise.

Rare drops during events seem to drop at about a 1% drop rate, 1 out of 100. I was lucky and found one during the test earlier this week. Sold it before the price crashed. Since then, nada, zilch, nothing.

It feels really strange to joint a 5 players mode without being kicked.... ;)

Call to arms is fun and full of resources, nice week end event. :)

Is it a drop, or is it a possible end reward?

I think I ran into a slight lag, 10 seconds, in the event but beyond that it ran pretty smooth. I think I even started out with a full group of five without any drop outs. Though by the end of the event there was only three of us playing.

Seeing as I have 33 of the many arrows dye packs, I've done it 33 times with no pet lol

Whats funny is the pet isn't even an epic pet, its green :P

Something i've learned after a month playing Neverwinter: When people hit lvl 60, they become assh*les for some reason. Up til lvl 60 everybody is just learning and having fun together. So even tho i actually got kicked from the Orc Assault yesterday (four lvl 60 of course) i really enjoy playing with the low levels, even tho things doesn't go just as fast maybe :).

FYI: I've done the skirmish maybe 50 times without any interesting drops or rewards.

The only good things are the new enchantments imo.

Not sure its worth playing the same boring skirmish over and over again in order to get enough points to buy the box that gives them to you, though.

I've done it 4 or 5 times and I'm bored of it :(

Why oh why are people so manic about using kickback powers?
I try to play as a trapper and it usually works pretty well and the skirmishes runs smoothly, but that really doesn't matter when some people thinks it's a great idea to throw that nice pile around instead for no reason ...and then the whole team dies. And because i'm the one with all the aggro, i die first.
That happened four times in a row until i decided to do a calm and collected rage quit.

Did you remove the wolf? It is no longer available from the vendor - and I've ran the CTA 51 times - no wolf drop. I know I ran it 51 times, because I have 51 **** bottles of dye.

Where's the wolf? I have 750 medallions to spend.

It hasn't been for sale at the vendor. It's only a rare drop.
I ran the Orc Assault atleast 50 times and no wolf. Just some enchantments. Now i've done it atleast 70 times and still no wolf.
After those 50 tries i understood how rare the drop seemed to be so i bought two of them in the auction house when they still were pretty cheap.

And as said, it's a rare drop. Some get it on the first try and some will never get it no matter how many times they try. There's no guarantee that everybody will get one eventually.

BS this wolf should be a rare not an uncommon, 85 times already for a uncommon wolf make it uncommon then

I've found five wolves now, after around 40 runs - I've supplied half the guild!

Yes, it has been for sale at the vendor.

During the week when they were testing the queue server, the wolf was available for purchase from the vendor. I thought it was excellent, and commented on how if you weren't lucky enough for the drop - you can "earn" your wolf by participating long enough.

    They removed the purchasable wolf.

    Nonsense.

I'm torn - It'd be good to have some drop only from the event, but it's sad that some may miss the wolf (he looks awesome)
