Help with ACT

I used to be able to run ACT no prob. Now when I try to start the program I get Clipboard Connection Failed. A Connection failed because the connecting party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.0.2:9514

I am sure it is something really simple I am missing but cant figure it out. Anyone help me out?

    First let me say we cannot ask or give help on using ACT in these forums. We are allowed to use ACT per the development team. In essence we can post screen shots of parses etc, but we cannot actively discuss it here. I would suggest posting on the NWO reddit. PM for more help....having GPU issues so unable to log in or would help you in game.

    As ACT is a third-party program, while we do permit an exception for its use, we do not provide technical support for the program. Please refer to the ACT website for assistance.
