1 v 1 could not win paladin ?

I am a spellstorm renegade cw ..with perfect vorp and soulforged as enchantment ..today I ran into a paladin with terror enchantment in his weapon so we fought ...in less than 1 minute I am down oOMG...I am not sure what is his level but I am level 67 with Shield on tab ..RoE,EF & chill strike...at will are ray of forst and magic missile ..class feature are storm spell and chilling pressence ..Am I doing something wrong ?? My critical chance was at 40% ...Can someone tell me how ?

    well pallys have a very good anti cc and super heals. kinda op. but most pallys are stupid and let you kill them for no reason. they are a little op jsut maintain your distance from them they dont really have gap closers besides that 1 and if you jsut keep moving and using push on them youll be fine.

    No lol I am a cw too that pally keep using the 'rush' gap closer skill to spoil me..i keep on running and he kept on chasing and he eventually kill me with divine judgement with one shot even though I have shield on and more than half of my health bar

    Op has short legs, keep distance, you just have to avoid his only one deadly daily.

    I assume that rush will be nerf soon like threat rush
