Why no trade threads?

Look I'm not trying to get kicked or banned, buy why no trade threads. Ever try to use the trade channel on Xbox? Sometimes it works, most of the time you get people spamming you with private messages/tell. How are you supposed to sort through it when they spam you 100 messages as there is no limit.

So before any mod just says not allowed, wanna take the time to answer why we can't have trade threads? I have seen other forums with trade threads, makes it easier. So please, why can't we?

    I know what you re talking about. And i do have to agree. Can we at least petition to have a trade thread?

    aye i dont really get it either, nearly every MMO i have played has had a trade section on the forums =/

    i mean i know people can get ripped off and they might be worried about getting a lot of complaint tickets because of that (unless im wrong and its a completely different issue they have with it) but a - ''use at your own risk'' kind of thing is pretty much expected anyway.

    We do not allow trade threads because of the fact that we cannot verify the trade, and cannot allow the drama that would ensue should one be scammed, as then it becomes a support matter.

    As this thread also constitutes discussion of forum policies, I'll have to close it down. Please use the PM system to address such concerns to a moderator or the Community Manager.
