Hello, I am posting this thread because the zen are not being added to my account. I have already talked to a microsoft represenative about this issue. I just need the zen added to my account please and thank you.
I am having the same issue i attempted to purchase zen twice today and both times recieved an error message stating failed to contact server, however i recieved a billing confirmation email from microsoft stating that both purchases were secessfully charged to my billing account. I have attempted to log out as well as restart my xbox one and neither resolved the issue. I have submitted a support ticket here is
