Bogus Redeem Codes

Why do I keep getting codes to redeem that do not work? I have gotten 2 in the last 2 weeks in my email.

    The code has been fixed and is working now.

    Also I'd like to add:

    I know that NW is not designed for MAC, but there are actually some players that play on Mac as well.
    I'm not saying that it needs to be FULLY compatible with Mac, but at least you could give us the chance as well to redeem the codes.
    We have the gateway that's basically useless.. Why don't you guys give us the chance to redeem the codes there as well?

    We are missing a bit part of the game experience, and it would be appreciated.

    I plugged in the code myself but have yet to recieve anything in the mail like it said.

    That's because it wouldn't be in the mail. Check the Rewards Claim Agent in PE.

    it doesn't come in the mail, go to the claim agent over by the dragon merchant guy
