How to make easy AD?

I've read around the web that people can make 1mill+ AD a day(I think). How is this accomplished? I'm a lvl 20 greater guardian(leadership lvl 4). I also have a lvl 18 guardian(sword & shield and leadership is lvl 3). I'm working towards the dragonborn pack and I'm not getting very much AD. Can't buy any zen right now either.

The AD and Zen ratio right now (and has been for the past several months) are way too high and no one will buy your AD. The system seems like it's an inside job with Perfect World to try to grab more players to buy Zen vs (fake AD generation). Why? Because there is no multi tiered ratio page, it only shows the top numbers on the ratio page and it's not multi tiered (or a custom amount). It's either YOU choose these ratio's (Perfect World shoving these arbitrary ratios down our throats), or buy Zen with $$. Screw AD! /s
So for you to try to seek the dragonborn pack will take ages, unless Perfect World fixes the ratio's or you buy Zen directly to them.
The search is limited, but this works in your favor. The average person is just going to take the lowest visible offer and think nothing of it. Knowing that the spread is actually larger than shown you can take advantage of this system and make AD/Zen.
I understand you see these ratios, think they are to high, and since you can't buy what you want then it must be a conspiracy. You are wrong. I have zero trouble selling AD, and nothing is keeping you from bidding outside of the numbers you see. In fact, if you want to make AD like the OP is asking about, then you need to work outside of the numbers you see listed in a search.
Keep in mind that the listings you see for AD fluxuate durring certain days and certain hours. Once you get the pattern down you can log in and take advantage. If you are playing at the same time everyday then you won't see much of a difference and will most likely be exactly why others are earning money while you are not.
Each character you own has the same astral refine cap and any character can refine so long as they reach Protector's Enclave.
You can move AD between characters.
This. Get each of your alts to level 11 minimum so you can login on each of them once per day to set your profession tasks and claim your Ardent/Celestial currency and daily XP/AD reward. Every time you get 800 Zen or the equivalent amount of AD, buy more character slots (max of 10 I believe) and get two more level 11s, rinse and repeat. You'll always have an alt to level up and once they're all level 60 with 20 Leadership you can cap out your AD refinement every day just by logging in on them once. 24,000 AD x 10 characters = 240,000 AD per day and that's only taking into account the 15 minutes it takes to log between each one and set your tasks. If you actually play a lot and take advantage of the Trade House you can make much, much more.

4-8000 Skirmish hours (lower level characters can easily do 8 skirmishes)
100 AD leadership task at level 4 is highest most will have unlocked that doesn't need extras. Run at least 6X =60
Invoking maybe a 1000 -2000 (2000 at 60)
So, for your level 20 around 10K - 12k should be possible. More if you run multiple skirmish hour and do more leader ship tasks.
At level 20 leadership you will have a task that generates 1600 AD in 12 hours. Run 3 times and 2X a day almost 10K a day from just that. That is what those guides include.
The task has been nerfed to every 16 hours.
This is the Xbox forum, not the PC forum. It is still a 12 hour task for us. It will likely change sometime, but not for a while.
what are you talking about? it's 400+ on PC, 140 is so cheap.
