Race reroll bug

I purchased Zen and with that unlocked the Dragonborn race with 1 race reroll. I can't find the option to do the race reroll for my current character on the Xbox 1. So now I'm left wondering what to do.

    Ya i didn't get my race reroll token when i got the pack last night.

    I put a ticket in but i haven't got a answer back yet.

    Yeah I did the same thing.hopefully they fix that soon

    The race reroll token is currently bugged, they do not know when it will be fixed.

    No its still not fixed and noone knows when it'll happen
