Hunter stuck animation

I have a hunter who, when in world, is always looking at the ground. Thought maybe I edited the body weird so tried another...same thing. Chose and elf, then halfling (both hunters)...same thing. Tried on another computer in case it was graphical...same thing.

Anyone else having this problem?

    That is the idling stance for HRs. I guess they are thinking deep thoughts or something.
