Was finally able to login on Saturday but didn't have a chance to run some of the new Drowned Shore stuff until last night. SS - Renegade spec with a few R8s but mostly R7s.
My old rotation (mobs) was COI (Tab), SS, Icy Terrain, and ST. Now, with disintegrate, I don't know what I should swap out. What are you folks running now?
I aim to misbehave

I would recommend exactly the same rotation, unless you want to put shield on tab. In dungeons like elol I prefer, shield (tab) ray of enfeeblement, icy terrain(if you have icy veins/chilling control)/steal time and disintegrate. Then for last boss, I would swap out icy terrain/steal time for icy rays.
For solo pve i just use Disintegrate(tab), icy terrain, sudden storm and steal time, worked like a charm so fare:) Havent done any of the dungeons yet, since i aint lvl 70.
COI in tab, Shard of endless(control and for getting into the proned mob) icy terrain, steal time. SS,Chilling presence, renegade with icy veins. Works for solo alot better than in dungeons but with my build it is about the best i can get atm.
For levelling between 60 and 70 I've been using:
Steal Time (tab), Shield, Disintergrate, Sudden Storm
(I chose sudden storm as you get advance it to level 4 earlier than others.)
For bosses and particularly hard areas I use:
Shield(tab), Icy rays, disintergrate, Ray of Enfeeblement.
With using the lvl 61 vendor armour the biggest trouble I've had is with lag.

Encounters: Steal Time (tab), Icy Terrain, Disintegrate, Fanning the Flame (ST and IT swapped to COI and RoE for bosses)
At-wills: Magic Missile (until I unlock a bonus to Chilling Cloud on my mainhand) and Scorching Burst
Dailies: Furious Immolation and Ice Knife
abaddon523, are you running a new build with these rotations? Would you mind sharing if you are, please?
I'm using a Renegade build now. I have an idea of how my character will be eventually, but as of right now it's not there yet. I still have a lot of testing to do to zero in on precisely the build I am going to use. I'll probably post it some time in the future when I'm happy with it.
For my MoF Thaum CW, I am using:
CoI on tab, Icy Terrain, Steal Time, Disintegrate.
I've switched to using Chilling Presence instead of Critical Conflagration, and so I use Scorching Burst as secondary at-will to generate Smolder, when I open up a fight. I also have the Swath of Destruction offhand feature active.
I have both Icy Veins and Spell Twisting, so it is basically perma-freeze/perma-stun, as first I cast Icy Terrain; by time the mobs are ready to unfreeze, my Steal Time is up, and by time Steal Time wears off, my Icy Terrain is up.
I switch out Disintegrate for Shard for when I need even more control.
I've only managed to finish ELOL once, haven't attempted the others yet, so I don't know how those will go. I see people in chat demanding specifically "SS Renegade CW" so I may have to respec even if I don't want to.
Master of Flame
Renegade with icy veins
encounters: Shield (tab) + steal time + icy terrain (rank 3 because rank 4 is currently bugged) + disintegrate
at-will: scorching burst + ray of frost
Class features: chilling presence + critical conflagration

daily: furious immolation or oppressive force
If you use Chilling Presence as MoF, you should use Chilling cloud instead of Scorching Burst because it add chill stack.
Here's mine :
MoF renegade with IV 3/5
Encounters: CoI (tab) + Steal Time + Icy Terrain + Disintegrate/Shield
At will: Chilling cloud + Ray of Frost
Class Feature: Critical Conflagration + Chilling Presence
Artefact bonus: Critical Conflagration (+5% crit chance to Arcane/Frost power)
If you use Chilling Presence as MoF, you should use Chilling cloud instead of Scorching Burst because it add chill stack.
I tested chilling cloud with icy veins and the mob still unfreeze after some time (no permanent freeze).
Arcane Burst feat gives 30% chance to add Arcane mastery stack when using scorching burst.
scorching burst can have bigger AoE radius and more damage than chilling cloud and adds smolder.
steal time stun is longer with more arcane mastery stacks (according to steal time tool tip).
Main reason to use disintegrate is because it has short 4-5 sec cooldown and adds 5 chill stacks with icy veins feat.
Despite what I just typed, I think chilling cloud is better than ray of frost (single target) for killing mobs.
When icy terrain rank 4 bug is fixed, it will be easier to maintain chill stacks on mob, with or without chilling cloud.

For trash clearing: Shield (tab), Icy Terrain, Steal Time, Conduit of Ice
Or, if I'm clearing trash where there are elites mixed: Shield (tab), Icy Terrain, Steal Time, Disintegrate
For Bosses: Shield (tab), Ray of Enfeeblement, Icy Rays, Disintegrate

Thanks for the tip.
