  It happens after every patch

  I have the same issue and cannot get the game to move forward. Have you had any luck fixing this?

  It seems 2 months were not enough to fix it.
  I dont knkw what to say to you sorry.
  Keep trying..after a while you will be able to log in.

  For the best results , start the game in Safe-mode, available setting via, options tab from login screen, once in the game goto settings, video, advanced, scroll down to where it says allocated video memory if you use intergrated GPU set it to 512 ,or 1024+, if you use a solid GPU then set it to whatever corresponds with your GPU limits. Apply, next time you start the game goto options and unclick safe-mode, and chek full screen, then save. and start the game , you should no linger have any trubble.

  How in the world do I get into the game? when I click play in arc it closes but it will not open in one of my browsers. ( I have three of them)
