Did a heroic encounter and not sure how to open the reward

So I killed Charthraxis in neverdeath and its flashing saying "heroic encounter success" in the corner but I don't know how to open it, could someone please tell me? Thanks

    Press the 'window' button three times then click A. I had 8 saved up untill I even knew about it, thought I was stuck with the Heroic Event Success banner.

    Hit the button w/ 2 squares on it, should highlight your character portrait, hit it again until you can use the d pad to select the heroic encounter, then claim reward.

    Note: You get credit for heroic encounters by simply showing up and attacking. You only get loot (ie dragon bone items) if you are in a group.

    Not true. I received the Dragon Bone Pact Blade on my third Charthraxis kill and wasn't in a group.

    That is misinformation.

    You will get loot no matter what. 1 to 5 coins and possibly an enchantment should drop from every fight even if you only get a few hits in. The amount and quality of your loot will vary based on your contribution. For the best chance to get Dragon bone, you need a "Great Sucess" rating at the end of the fight. Doing high damage, taking heavy damage and reviving fallen players all seem to increase the chance of great success, healing, not so much. So, not only the high DPS classes will get it.

    You can also get good rewards randomly even without a great sucess, but it is less likely.
