Weapon Master not stacking.

Hit 70, rank 4 weapon master is not stacking in PvE or PvP, at all. There goes swordmaster build. *sigh -.-

    use rank 3 for the time being until they bother to fix that and some other class feature which dont work properly atm.
    see wrathful determination for example..

    anyone know what other GWF skills are not working right at rank 4 i know alot of other classes are aving this problem, an id like to know what ones to keep from being rank 4 when i respec >.<

    Its not working probably because my GWF is still not a Master yet :(
