Game/black screen

The game will not start since the update and I did a graphics card check....all is well there. When's it getting fixed? I can't get in...I can't play!!!

    Same problem here. It keeps saying something about the Cryptic application crashing. I get the loading screen and then the entire window goes black before there's a long period of non-response, and then I get the crash message. And at worst, the entire computer bluescreens and has to restart.

    Similar gripe: ever since the new mod, I can't get into Gateway either.
