Ghost stories level scaling

In the last building of the Ghost Stories quest, the level upscaling effect is lost and it is basically impossible until you actually get to level 70. It properly scales you up before that though, so i thought it's a bug.

    I was just about to make a thread about this. I even got a screenshot showing this bait and switch.

    I think all the ToD instanced dailies are like that. would love to know if WAI or not, since all other quests in the zones are much lower level.

    Yeah, once you enter the building the scaling that normally makes you Level 70 breaks and makes you Level 60.

    I'm hoping this is a bug.

    We had this issue too, 43 OP and 61 DC, we were doing fine until entering the tombs where we promptly received our own derrieres by the lvl 71 mobs.

    same here, i heard that only lvl 67+ can finish the quest because of this bug. with a good party, maybe 65-66 can try it too, but it is impossible for lower lvls.

    At lvl 70 I can't even enter these instances, the entrance is inactive.
    M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz
