Bug:
CC effects of [Terror] and [Loamweave] enchantments does not respect GF's shield block.
Root effect still activates while FOE stand in front of GF while he using shield block.

The plague fire enchantment on the hight level now with every your hit has a 10% chance to root the target for 2-3 seconds.

Ps: it's like a clerick's sunburst in m4-m5 becourse it's ignore GF's shield block. And it's so awfull becourse that roots makes problems to GF with blocking FOE's attacks.

this is the terror and has 10% chance and if activates then has 30 seconds cooldown

Neither Plague Fire nor Teror enchantments have any CC effect.

    Rank 12 terror now does.

This will have to be toned down or i fear a lot of QQing coming after Mod 6 goes live.

    root is not CC.

Root is not CC because Root is Combat Event.
Combat Events are not sincidered as Crowd Control by Cryptic.

Root begins by kCombatEvent_RootedStart Combat Event and ends by kCombatEvent_RootedStop Combat Event.
This is how game deals with Root event and thus it is not Crowd Control, even if the name suggest something else.

This is a huge difference, mainly because root is not affected by control modifiers.
It`s crucial to know this in a build calculations and while this topic raised this issue, I have to emend that.

And because root it is not CC, GF`s shield will not block it.

The post clearly states that this is crucial to know the basic game mechanics.
I didn`t judged enchantment effectiveness anywhere. Read with understanding.

That's just utterly stupid. In which way 'root' is not cc? When I'm freezed I can't attack and move = control. When I'm being rooted I can't also move so I'm being controled too! Yes I can attack (except it bugs very often and I can not attack while rooted) - but for melee classes it's worthless because you won't hit anyone.

Giving 30 secs cooldown on Pure/Transc. Terror enchantment won't change anything - pvp always was p2w/and having currently OP class to win in this game but adding root to this enchantment will bury pvp for good, its simply too much advantage. Although pvp is already dead/broken Cryptic is just pretending that they don't see it = just bad business and they'v lost plenty of player base because of that, if they want that to continue? - well good luck for them... perhaps counting only on new players who spend money on game before they realize how it's broken is the way of doing this business? - is it Cryptic? (that was a rhetoric question)

Wouldn't matter, tone it down for the QQ you get others who start to QQ because it got toned down. Not that there isn't going to be a few thousand people all over the forums QQing about every little miniscule change made to the game once 6 is live.
