server is unstable and crashing

We all just lagged...chat server was sort of working. We just got kicked to log on. and cannot log on. Give character select then screen just stays black instead of loading.

Chat server was only working for the channel you were in...you could not change channels.

    Troubled times indeed for our dear server. errr.. .yeah darn thing just kinda crapped out.

    Supposedly they added hardware during the last maintenance to add capacity... Hmm?

    if you close the client that is it...will not log on. THe client also displays a black screen.

    Anyhow trying to give them everything that happened...did I miss anything? as the info does help them.

    That was for the xbone server not ours.

    It does appear there are some technical issues at the moment. Please remain patient while the matter is investigated.
