To all of you... Ten Town and Arcane Brotherhood alike... The Epic PvP matches that took place in Haftwood yesterday were by far the best I have ever taken part in. I honestly have no idea how many of us there were on each side... but it was truly amazing.

What started as just a few guild members fooling around... drew in crowds of other PVP'ers on both sides... and culminated in an epic Black Ice Domination match.

There was no whining, no trolling, no flaming, and no complaining. We just all killed each other over... and over... and over again.

It was without a doubt the most fun I have had PvPing here... ever.

    I can confirm, I was part of it.

    Really fun, was a complete kill / Astral Shield fest.

    I said screw it and actually equipped my AOE powers (Steal Time, Icy Terrain, and Shard of the Endless Avalanche), there were too much of you for single target spells.

    I loved proning 25-30 people of the opposite side with Shard lol. Everyone was packed up together to try to get inside the various Astral Shields, was hilarious.

    Forgot to mention this.. lol

    Guardian Fighters were completely worthless/helpless due to the Cockatrice fest. And we all know Guardian Fighters without their block are helpless... they couldn't block at all and got bursted down in mere seconds everytime lol.. when a DC wasn't around of course.

    I had a similar fun experience there awhile back and was possibly the most fun I have had in this game.

    How surprising... no serously it happened to me too and it was awesome!
    Make an instanced icewind dale pvp solo q only with mediumi to high gs requirement!! Normal icewind dale pvp zone can stay at it is ofc!

    That you did. In fact, it took one of the rogues in our guild nearly an hour of trying to finally bring you down! All in all a truly great battle and epic bloodbath! So many people were going down so fast on both sides I got the last 21 triple kills I needed for IWD in there .... and I also ran out of kits doing it :-)

    We should try to organise a huge IWD match for this coming weekend or something, Just everyone tell their friends and we'll have a day of solid PVP action to get as many IWD tasks cleared off before mod 6 :D
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.

    This was honestly the most fun I've had in a long time. I just wish that these kind of even matches weren't as rare as they are.

    Sounds like you had heaps of fun. Wish I could have been there.

    Can anybody set something up, like a particular time? If the word gets out then loads more people will turn up, and perhaps even a few guilds as well.

    Not only GF's... but also the classes that have a lot of DoT's have the same issue. Fury SW's get perm rooted as every DoT of Creeping Death has a chance to proc Cockatrice's active. Since rooting also causes a weird interrupt sometimes it really destroys the fun of play IWD PvP...

    I fear they'd play it the same way as they play GG: Agree to all join the same side, so they don't put a dent into each others K/D-epeen... Then one side would have all the strengths (2-5k higher GS per player, voice comm, and experience advantage), and it would turn from a long raging all out battle to a short and unbalanced butchering people won't endure for long.

    Sorry, nothing against guild members, but when ganged up my personal PvP experience with guilds is not so charming...

    Well what time zones are most of you guys? We'll need to find a time (or times) that suits the general playbase who wants to join. Maybe have 3 in the day, a morning, an afternoon, and an evening one. so people in each timezone have the ability to join in. we have 5 days till the new module. and there is a weekend coming up.. short notice but still...

    Hi, Guys just create a PvP - Dwarven Channel, (or something like this)
    this would make everything more easier to coordinate.
    I would to like join and also help to growing up the channel.

    I mean when people can create a legit or zerg time channels, we can do this for pvp meetings/BID also :D

    I stay away from OPVP because of companions.

    It is bad enough dealing with the various dazes, stuns and prones in PVP, but add in that Cockatrice and it is GG. Perma-CC'd until you are dead.

    Glad you managed to have fun in spite of that though.
    PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.
