neverwinter is not listed when trying to buy zen

    Apparently not. I'm using Google Wallet, my usual method, and none of the Cryptic games are showing up on the list to transfer the Zen into. This has been going on since the outage yesterday, at the very least.

    i use google wallet as well and no options show for neverwinter, still....... HEY ARC! I WANNA GIVE YOU MONEY! PLZ LET ME!

    Are you trying the ARC Client or using Arcgames.com website in a browser? Whichever you are, check the other to be sure.

    HELP! Just downloaded the game and was ready to spend 100 bucks on the dragonborn pack and a mount and stuff but after I put in all my payment info neverwinter is not in the list of games!!! Please help!

    In order to be able to purchase anything your neverwinter account must have at least a level 10 character and you must have at least had it active for 24 hours as I understand it. I ran into the same problem when my soulmate started playing. I wanted to buy him the dragonborn pack right away, but was unable to till the a couple days later.

    I'm having issues with this as well, but when I go to transfer Zen, it tells me that the site is under maintenance and it's been this way for 24+ hours.
