Cannot buy zen.

When trying to make a Zen purchase, both through the arc launcher and the website, I encounter the same error message: Error: Order is not correctly generated. Unable to continue.

Is this a problem on my end? or is there an issue with Zen buying at the moment.

    there is a huge zen backog in the sell zen at over 2 mill. So it may take you like 2 days or even several days to get your zen order filled so basically you are waiting in line.

    I think the OP is talking about buying Zen for real cash money stuff rather than AD.

    It is working now, I guess there was a problem on PW end of things.
