Lightning Enchantment

I just tested a transcendent lightning enchantment against one target dummy with my level 70 TR. It gives 33% more damage to a single target.

I cannot believe that it only does an average damage of 25. Ridiculous.

The average damage I did during the test was 2200, i.e. the enchant increased my damage by 1.14%.

Using a transcendent vorpal enchantment my average damage was 3825, i.e. my damage was increased by 75%.

Why would anyone ever use a lightning enchantment? Is there any chance enchants will ever get balanced?

    hope so in closest 10 years... same for greater lighting.. its even nerfed ( A LOT ) compared to mod 5...
    WTF ? wasnt it suppost to make other than vorpal enchant make sence to have?
    Cryptic? Anyone thinking there?
    Or I dont get a point of getting so funny - low - advantage of lighting...

    many enchants are bugged, sell whats bugged and or clearly overpowered and wait until they get fixed/nerfed.

    Well some enchants might have a niche though. Speaking of Lightning: It triggers CWs Abyss of Chaos, which is a nice chunk of damage. Not sure it can outperform a Vorpal, just saying.

    But overall I agree that we should still only see Vorpal/Terror/Flague Fire.

    yeah my p lightning is 2 .3 times worse then on live server there it dose some 12% of my damage while here it is under 5% so their so called buff made it a lot worse and i as well wonder when will they nerf p vorpal or buff other weapon enchants
