Does disintegrate work as described? It appears to do some random amount of damage that isn't even clsoe to what the tool tip says for my power, says it does 45 -55k damage but frequently it only does 12 - 20 once in awhile I will see something closer to what the tool tip describes. At times it feels like it works more like killing flame where it does more damage based on how much health is left.
Cannot slot imprisonment into spellmaster, gives an error that say that slot is for "special" powers, it can be slotted in normal encounter slots though.
IWD heroic totam of auril appears broken, once you kill the first mobs and cause the totem to ice over the second wave spawns but does not move nor can they be injured. These heroics don't appear to be able to be completed.
As mentioned in another post, items of level 67 or higher do not appear to be refineable. I am not sure if there is a lower cut off as at this time I am only getting level 61 - 63 and 67+ items.
Blue item drops appear to have a biased drop rate, the vast majority of blue drops that are gear seem to be blue GF helmets, I almost never get any other gear piece, from level 61 - 70 I have found 3 blue pieces that dropped from mobs that were NOT GF helmets. I have refined or sold I can'ta even say how many blue quality GF helmets.
A number of the aerial assault type heroics in the spineward rise do not spawn bosses after clearing the initial wave.
Pirates Skyhold elemental quest still does not work, even after abandoning or retrying the quest. Many of the censors give error messages and the invisible wall stays up long after the firewall has gone out.
Numerous map transitions give not a member of party error message.
When attacking invisible murder machines, visual effects of at will powers like magic missile and chilling cloud shoot off behind me rather than at the target i'm striking. This tends to cause a lot of short term confusion as to which way to face to kill these murder machines trying to murder me.

Went up every tower and there is no place to jump to the floating lands. Is this bugged or am I missing something
Mostly the same. Plant Growth tooltip says >40K but actually hit for a few thousand. I get almost entirely blue GWF helms, talked to a guildie who is getting boots. Elemental stillbugged in SkyHold. Yadda yadda yadda...

I found them, little purple sparkle thing, you must hold down space bar when jumping to continue to ascend. The pathing on the fairy trail is a bit off in my opinion it wants to take you all over the place and usually through the middle of the most densely populated areas.
As a side note, those are probably the coolest features of the new mod ... flying through the air is rather fun once you figure out how to do it ... took me something like 6 or 7 tries before I clued in as to what needed to be done.

Also noticing that IT is bugged, if you upgrade to the rank 4 it actually resets back to 12 seconds, at rank 3 its down to 9 seconds but adding the 4th rank increases the CD.
IWD seems to have a number of issues. In addition to what was previously mentioned, mobs do not appear to be affected by freezing, or at least if they are it lasts less than 1 second, probably something like .25 seconds which makes "controlling" the mobs difficult to say the least, even in a group this is problematic since the CW no longer has the ability to slow down or lock mobs in place with freeze. Also it makes the feats that add 5 stacks of chill almost worthless.
Crossbow wielding dwarves that fire "crippling arrows" appear to stack the slow affect to the point of making it so you can't move at all, movement is so reduced that you are nearly rooted in place for 10+ seconds! The only defense you have is dodge (I have no idea what a GF would do), but even after you dodge you are still affected by the crippling arrow until it wears off which is MUCH longer than it is currently in MOD 5.
IWD Mobs appear to move faster, at least the dwarves do, unhindered by any effect such as icy terrain, freeze, they appear to have a speed boost that makes manuvering around them nearly impossible as their speed keeps them right in front of you, kiting is not an option if you get into trouble, melee hits connect with you even if you have moved out of the way. In Live you can sometimes move to the side of long build up attacks from dwarves and other creatures that hit very hard with a single attack, however the dwarves of IWD seem to connect their hits not matter what unless you actually use a dodge.
