There are some encounters in the game with the ability to increase their size and strength, such as the Foulspawn Berserker and the Cult of the Dragon Black Dragonwing. In the foundry all encounters and NPCs can be given new costumes, but if I attempt to give either of these encounters a new costume; that costume goes away when they grow and the illusion is shattered.

Can you tell what combat/spell effect it is for them when they buff up?
Combat log should show a certain one-time effect. If you can find what that is for each it could pinpoint the exact mechanism the developers could investigate in order to ignore fixing it.
Can't seem to find it, as all I can find in the combat log is how much damage anyone did to anyone. It doesn't seem to list what moves they are using. Or maybe I am looking in the wrong log...
I have a quest with some werewolfs, they are costumized as human warriors, but I want that they revert to preset costumes when werewolf animation turns on, because they are werewolfs in the quest. So it works as intended for me.
So be careful with that, this may be a bug depending on your point of view.

Thats it, point of view. Its not only "size change" but in fact "shape change". It wont change as twould take per mob adjustements. Simple solution would be some "armor fall off" animation/physics fx added, not gonna happen either (i bet).

Huh. Foulspawn berserker has worked fine for me in the past. The others I know have always reverted to previous costumes though.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
