I just thought i'd inform you that your spam bot is broken.
It keeps repeating this every minutte:
For a limited time: get 15% Charge Bonus and 15% off Enchanted Keys!

Or does that mean that it's working?

Anyway, i couldn't report it through in game report system, so i thought i'd do it here.

Don't reduce yourself to spammers pls.

Yep same here, I was just about to make the same complaint. I had several within 2 minutes ... this is totally unnecessary. People are going to see this on login and frankly it should only be displayed on login.

We the players call upon the powers that be to put a stop to this constant key advertisement on the screen. While typing this I got 5!!!! message advertising key sale. We all know by know there is a key sale and if anyone doesn't a single message on login is sufficient.

I'd post a screen shot of this but don't know how, if someone will teach me how to get a screen shot on here i'll show you all visual proof that Neverwinter is spamming.

The reason the in-game support field fails to send a lot is generally because it detected a word as profane. If one needs to report something that isn't being accepted in the in-game report function, either make sure you're not being rude or profane or like in the case of reporting a bad name or something mundane that is being caught as profane, use the Web Support Form instead.

Not sure what this has to do with the nonstop spamming of admin messages every single minute...

Zeb I don't know where to send this in, but that really needs to change. I've had to do the web support work around to report people with names that slipped by the profanity filter on names but didn't with the one for the support form before. It becomes very aggravating.

The admin announcement that advertises the 15% zen discount and 15% off keys are popping every 60-120 seconds and it is quite annoying ,please make it end.

I would honestly have to agree with this. It's every 60 seconds....and it is having probably the opposite effect than is intended.

Here's a direct link to the Support Field (may not work properly in all regions).

For the Game, choose Neverwinter. For the Category, you can choose either, Category > Game Support > Other or Category > Game Support > Technical Issues > General - Tech Support. For reporting bad players and names, choose, Category > Game Support > In-Game Issues > Report Another Player. Hope that helps!

Hey guys, this issue should be fixed. We apologize profusely for its occurrence and will be looking at our broadcasting tool to find out what happened exactly. Those messages were supposed to be spaced out much farther...certainly not 1 minute apart.

Any information you all might have into this issue (perhaps when the messages started appearing so close together) would be great. Thanks!
