Just by reading the descriptions, they both have their merits. I'm just wondering which would be most efficient for leveling mostly solo with occasional dungeons and PvP. Also, build suggestions would be great as I can't seem to find anything fairly recent and not geared towards endgame.
SB Temptation is what I leveled as. It was by far the easiest leveling I've ever done in any mmorpg. You're practically invulnerable with the life leech and at level 50 you can start party healing with the capstone and really not even change how you play. Just dps like crazy and heal your group while you do it. You can also basically solo dungeons of your current level with relative ease.
Overall speed is what I'm interested in. Hellbringer it is. It's not like I can't change it later. I wish we could have multiple specs to switch between.
Edit: It is for a new character.

Its good to know, i was wondering myself whats the best Paragon path for the warlock, but i think i'l go with Hellbringer for now and maybe change to Soulbinder for pvp at 60 or just to see how that plays

I was fury hellbringer since day one, i enjoyed every second of it.
You can lvl pretty much straight through the game with using only Fiery Bolt, Killing Flames and DreadTheft
While Leveling, I put my points into Run Speed makes things much quicker
I get the feeling that for lvling Hellbringer would be much quicker than SOulbinder
Edit: It is for a new character.
